Who is Melissa Katherine Rycroft? The entertainment world knows her as Melissa Rycroft from Dallas, Texas, is a reality television contestant and former Dallas Cowboys cheerleader. She was a drill team officer at Newman Smith High School in Carrollton, Texas where she graduated in 2001. She participated as a contestant on the thirteenth season of ABC's The Bachelor, and CMT reality TV series Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders: Making the Team. She was a contestant on the eighth season of ABC's Dancing with the Stars. Courtney is a senior member of The Groundlings improvisational theater in Los Angeles, California.

Early life and education

Courtney was born February 8, 1970 in Stony Point, New York. She graduated from Binghamton University in 1992.^[3] Graduated from North Rockland High School.

Career

In addition to her role as quirky, chipper insurance salesperson Flo in a series of commercials for Progressive Auto Insurance (2008–2010), Courtney has appeared in ads for Skittles (2008), Wienerschnitzel (2005), SC Johnson Glade products, and General Mills breakfast cereal. (2009–2010)

She has also appeared in such major motion pictures as Blades of Glory, The Heartbreak Kid, and in the indie comedy Melvin Goes to Dinner,^[4] for which she and the ensemble cast were awarded the Copper Wing at the 2003 Phoenix Film Festival. you know that Courtney is an actress and comedian?
